About this role :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Chief Technology Office Foundational Hosting Platform organization.
In this role, you will :
- Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure
- Review and analyze operational issues / outages to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the future
- Build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third party vendors
- Make decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirements
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve results
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with customers and vendors
Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience designing and working with Enterprise applications and technology with Unisys MCP or DMSII
Desired Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience with DMSII or designing and working with Enterprise applications and technology which includes ClearPath MCP, MCP WorkFlow Language, Locum Safe & Secure, TeamQuest SMF, Sonic OS, BL / PACK, BL / LIB, BL / SCHED, Data Domain, Virtual Tape Library and other Unisys related technologies
- 1+ Years of ServiceNow experience.
- 1+ years Agile experience
- 1+ years Kanban experience
Job Expectations :
- Participate in on-call support
- Participate in planned maintenance and BCP event activities.
