Who You Are...
You are an experienced, high energy, HR professional with a keen understanding of employment law & practices in multiple states.
You should have a familiarity and comfortability of human capital management within the production & manufacturing industry.
Additionally, you should be able to communicate, train & work with employees from all walks of life and cultures, as many of our production / manufacturing staff come from different countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurturing a positive working environment.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) (Read, Write, Speak)
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in following softwares :
AI softwares such as Slack, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Compensation
Starting at $75,000-$85,000 (Enhanced experienced is subject to negotiation)
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
