Aon has exciting opportunities to join our Commercial Risk team as a Producer across the United States.There will be an opportunity to : Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new businessInfluence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present a variation of risk solutions to meet client needsBroaden your consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon’s solutions.

Solve complex business issues using the data and analytics available at your fingertips from Aon’s research teams combining your eye for business and understanding of current trendsSupport a team in the management of a portfolio of prospects’ businessSkills that lead to success : Flourish in a role as a senior member of the new business production team and actively mentor other team membersLend your expertise to support team-selling efforts with new and existing clients and prospectsRelish the satisfaction of knowing that you will influence outcomes in other areas beyond your roleYou will work with : Everyone! Required Skills for this role : 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products and / or servicesDemonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales processWillingness to obtain Life and Health and / or P&C license(s)Bachelor’s degree or applicable experienceCompensation : The sky’s the limit with our base salary and uncapped commission plan.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
