Position Summary : The Medical Social Worker works as a member of the interdisciplinary team working with terminally ill patients and their families.
The social worker’s services are provided in accordance with the plan of care, and under the direction of a physician. Job Qualifications : Masters in Social Work preferred, from an accredited program and licensure in the state of Minnesota.
