You will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents and adjusters, and providing expert guidance to clients throughout the insurance restoration process.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals
- Conducting property inspections to assess damage and determine restoration needs
- Providing accurate estimates and proposals to clients based on their insurance policies and requirements
- Assisting clients in filing insurance claims and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the restoration process and ensure timely project completion
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively position Cedar Valley Exteriors as a leader in insurance restoration
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or insurance industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and understanding of insurance policy coverage
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
