SENIOR SAP S/4 HANA FUNCTIONAL ANALYST – RTR/FICO

We are seeking a full-time Sr. SAP S / 4 HANA Functional Analyst to focus on fine tuning our RTR / FICO business and systems processes.

Essential Responsibilities are :

• Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies and risks to propose cost-effective solutions for process and system design.
• Create functional specifications and work independently to develop and deliver the technical objects.
• Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.
• Develop production processes and all associated business systems functions with minimal AMS support.
• Work with business teams as a functional transaction expert to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
• Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
• Manage and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
• Help business teams with reporting requirements and report creation.
• Conduct QA validations and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
• Support, assist and train the users on new / existing or modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.
• Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
• Collaborate closely with onsite team, AMS team, business process owners to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
• Examine impact of changes to the corporate application landscape.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Minimum 12+ Years of SAP RTR / FICO and FP&A Functional implementation and support experience.
• 4+ years’ experience maintaining and optimizing SAP Finance related functions.
• 4+ years Business process design and leadership in Finance.
• Must have at least 4 Full life cycle implementations experience of SAP RTR, FICO, FP&A.
• Experience in RTR, Controlling, AP, AR FP&A statement, and custom report creation. Intercompany consolidation, intercompany invoicing, invoicing creation, fixed asset management, product costing, job costing, statement design, bank payment transactions, sales tax, VAT set up, JE posting approval authorizations design.
• Avalara integration and management for sales tax.
• Credit and Collections management and design. Month end close design and Audit segregation of duties design.
• In-depth understanding of SAP Finance, Accounting and FP&A modules. Experience in other SAP modules like SAC.
• Lead business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
• Lead and facilitate business process design sessions.
• Excellent skills in analyzing and implementing end-to-end complex business processes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work independently with business teams.
• Able to work autonomously and consider cross-functional and upstream impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree or desired relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 depending on location and experience
