Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Permanent Litigation Trial Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record in trial litigation, particularly in the fields of commercial litigation and product liability.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience and will be responsible for handling all aspects of a case, from inception through trial.

Responsibilities :

• Handling a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation and product liability cases.
• Drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting discovery.
• Preparing for and conducting trials, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses, and closing arguments.
• Managing all aspects of a case, from inception through trial, with minimal supervision.
• Providing high-quality legal advice to clients and ensuring that all actions taken in a case serve the client's best interests.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Staying abreast of current trends and developments in trial litigation to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A current license to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of three years' experience in trial litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and product liability.
• Exceptional legal writing skills, with a proven ability to draft and argue complex motions.
• Extensive experience in law and motion practice.
• Proven trial experience, with a successful track record of handling cases from inception through trial.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A high degree of professionalism and a strong ethical standing.
