Responsibilities
- Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and / or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
- Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
- Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
- Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
- Complete training requirements
- Restock product in picking areas as needed
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements :
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
- Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $18.50 plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
