Get To Know The Team :
In this role, you will work under general supervision to develop and deliver industry and proprietary systems content for both new and existing associates within the Financial Services BPO division.
In addition, you will maintain course materials and documentation (participant and facilitator materials) for new hire onboarding.
Candidates must exhibit a strong client service mindset with detail orientation, a positive team centered attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Facilitate classroom & virtual training / meetings and assess participant progress; apply adult learning theory to daily activities.
- Provide follow-up support to new hires post training, as needed.
- Research, develop and modify basic instructional materials with minimal supervision.
- Contribute as a member of a project team by collaborating with team members and internal business partners.
- Keep abreast of changes within the industry, new lines of business, system enhancements and new technologies.
What You Will Bring :

- Intermediate-level skills in use of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage internal client expectations and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and learn new information quickly
- Capable of working in a dynamic and changing environment
- Financial Services background; Mutual Fund industry experience preferred but not required
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma and 5 years of related experience.
- 1-2 years training experience, customer service or public speaking preferred but not required
