Lead Cook - Position Summary

Prepares and presents menu items during service of the cafeteria to Quest standards. Follows preparation list for items needed for execution of menus and assist in the day to day operations of the kitchen.

Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains line in a consistent and professional manner.

Cook I will assist in cold prep, salad and grab & go production with recipes. Expected to serve food on the hot line. Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries .

Responsable de Cocina - Resumen del puesto

Prepara y presenta los elementos del menú durante el servicio de la cafetería según los estándares de Quest . Sigue la lista de preparación de los artículos necesarios para la ejecución de los menús y ayuda en las operaciones diarias de la cocina.

Las tareas pueden incluir la preparación a granel, la preparación de catering, la recepción de productos y la limpieza. Asiste a los clientes y mantiene la línea de una manera coherente y profesional.

El cocinero jefe ayudará en la preparación de platos fríos, ensaladas y la producción de platos para llevar con recetas.

Se espera que sirva comida en la línea caliente. Sigue todas las directrices de HACCP y de seguridad alimentaria. Recibe y guarda todas las entregas de la cocina.
