Requirements / Qualifications
NOTE : Internal applicants are required to submit a current Letter of Introduction, an updated Resume and any additional required documents (new or in need of an update) not on file.
Substitutes must submit ALL required documents.
REQUIREMENTS :
- CA Commercial Drivers' License Class A or B with PS endorsement (Required to obtain License by the end of 6 month probation)
- School Bus Certificate with 1 and 6 only restrictions (Required to obtain License by the end of 6 month probation)
- Medical card and DL-51 (Required to obtain by the end of 6 month probation)
- First Aid and CPR (Required to obtain by the end of 6 month probation)
- 10 yr print out from DMV (H-6)
- This position is subject to random drug screening
EXPERIENCE :
Six (6) months of experience as a bus driver preferred
- Certification (School Bus Certificate - Zero Restrictions)
- DMV Printout (Must submit DMV printout for the last 10 years.)
- Driver's License Copy (Must be valid)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit two (2) letters dated within the last 12 months.)
- Proof of HS Graduation (or Equivalent)
- Resume
