Role Overview :
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will be the face of our campaigns at live events and activations.This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, and brand promotion.You’ll engage directly with the public, help drive awareness, and support the success of our promotional campaigns.Key Responsibilities :
Represent brands and nonprofit organizations at events and promotional activations Conduct in-person outreach to raise awareness and engage potential supporters Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination Support lead generation and community education initiatives Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies Track and report on event engagement and outcomes Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Who We’re Looking For : 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus but not required) Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn Motivated, dependable, and ready to grow in event marketing What We Offer :
