We seek persons with the title Automotive Service Technician . Your expertise is crucial, as three or more years of experience as a flat-rate Automotive Service Technician is required .

Requirements :
Automotive Service Technician
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
- Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
- Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
- Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
- You must be coachable .
- Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor, if one is needed
- Enroll in an accelerated training program through American Honda (At no cost to you)
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required
- Prefer 2 ASE Certifications but not required
- Completion of the Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows driving of customer and company cars
- Performance Honda Fairfield is a drug-free workplace
