POSITION SUMMARY
Lutz is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our marketing team as a Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for a creative mind who is eager to contribute fresh ideas and collaborate with a solid team of professionals.
As a Graphic Designer at Lutz, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from marketing materials and client deliverables to digital assets, contributing to the visual identity of the firms internal and external brand.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design : Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams across all of Lutzs divisions to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Conceptualization : Generate innovative and creative concepts for various projects, bringing a fresh perspective to the Lutz brand.
Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.
Adaptability : Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND / OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Portfolio : A link on your resume to a strong portfolio highlighting creative and diverse design work is required
Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Experience : 2-5 years of professional experience preferred

Software Skills :
Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word (Power BI and Excel a plus)
Photography and Video Editing experience preferred
Communication : Ability to articulate design decisions
Team Player : A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and desire to assist colleagues outside of everyday duties.
Multi-tasker able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
