Restaurant General Manager Compensation :

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Create a restaurant business plan by analyzing P&L data and sales projections
- Effectively manage all FOH and BOH operations
- Execute all human resources tasks : recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing all training initiatives
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and customers
- Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience as a Fast Casual restaurant general manager or GM
- Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
- Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and customers
- Computer savvy and able to teach and coach others
