WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Continuous Learning . You will actively collaborate with other associates to share ideas or show what you’ve learned. You are eager to learn, keep up with ever-changing technologies, and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our internal customers.

Internal Applications Support . You will take ownership of our primary back-office platform, supporting variety of functional groups.
This could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve issues as well as seeking continuous improvement suggestions. You will design / create / modify forms, workflows, business processes, and function specific apps.
You will ensure that development of features is in line with the overall strategic plan of the business. You will partner with senior developers when needed to satisfy technical specifications.
Reporting and Analysis. You will work on designing, distributing, and troubleshooting variety of reports and dashboards, such as KPIs and benchmarking.
You will use tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Collaborate and Communicate . You will collaborate with all functional teams to offer seamless experience within our suite of applications.
You will escalate issues when necessary and communicate status and resolution to your internal customers. You will come up with creative and fun ways to present technical topics such as upcoming new features or changes.
You will serve as a key trainer for new associates. You will produce and manage guides and tutorials.
Organize . You will manage a queue and organize yourself to deal with high volume of requests.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Requirements
Applications :
3+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM highly necessary. Super user and development also necessary
