A company is looking for a Health Plan Sales Associate II responsible for educating consumers about health plan options and facilitating enrollment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist prospective members with selecting and enrolling in health plans, including educating them on benefits, premiums, and application processesMake outbound sales calls to generate leads and assist with enrollment in the CareSource Just4Me productMaintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service and resolving member inquiriesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required;
Associate's degree preferredMinimum of three years of customer service or sales support experience requiredCommercial insurance sales experience is preferredCurrent, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireCertification from the Health Insurance Marketplace required in Federally-Facilitated Marketplace States
