AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

The AWS Global Partner Investment and Incentive Team is seeking an experienced product manager to own the business process and go-to-market activities to simplify and enable the development of AWS investment and incentives products.

You must be able to conduct financial analysis and provide business insight data. This is the right role for someone with the drive to pay attention to details, work effectively with other business and finance teams, take ownership of complex cases and tasks from internal stakeholders and external partners, and react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, a fast-paced environment.

You will have the desire to grow with the team and is passionate about working in a lean, fast-paced organization.

Key job responsibilities

Direct ownership of delivering desired tooling experience that meet the business needs.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert between business teams and technical teams such as systems and services teams.

Effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple stakeholders such as AWS Sales, Partner Core, Service teams, System teams.

Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on the plans, status, and critical issues, while also escalate urgent issues appropriately and driving them to closure.

Own internal operation processes managed by Investment and Incentive team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building and analyzing cost / benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
