The Recruiter will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for field roles, including Office Managers, Dental Assistants, and Business Assistants.
This role requires a keen understanding of the dental industry and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Create and manage job postings for open positions, ensuring clarity and alignment with company values and expectations.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews and assessments, to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role.
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of dental roles and their requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation
