What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of Shine of Tysons, responsible for every aspect of the business, from operational oversight to strategic execution.

Your role will be both visionary and hands-on, ensuring that Shine’s core values are reflected in everything we do. Here’s what your role will look like :

• Lead with Purpose : You’ll inspire and motivate a high-performing team of technicians providing premier home services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing, setting the tone with energizing morning meetings that align your Crew Leaders, Technicians and Business Development Managers with the day’s goals, driving them to achieve excellence in everything they do.
• Drive Strategic Growth : Your leadership will drive Shine of Tysons to become the go-to provider for home services in Northern Virginia, helping families and businesses maintain beautiful, safe, and clean spaces.

You’ll execute growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and continuously seek ways to expand our market share.

• Challenge the Status Quo : We’re not here to simply manage we’re here to innovate. You’ll push boundaries, improve processes, and set new standards for operational excellence, ensuring that we don’t just meet customer expectations but exceed them.
• Build and Lead a Winning Team : You’ll hire, train, and mentor a high-performance team of Business Development Managers, Technicians, and support staff.

• Engage with the Community : As the face of Shine of Tysons, you’ll build lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and community leaders, ensuring that we are a trusted partner in enhancing and maintaining the beauty of their homes and neighborhoods.
• Manage Financial Performance : You’ll oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation to ensure we meet financial targets and maintain profitability.

You’ll drive a 20% improvement in operational efficiency by Year 2.

Uphold Safety and Quality Standards : Ensure Shine’s high safety and quality standards are met on every job site, protecting both our team and the clients we serve.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 12 months, you’ll be expected to :

• Grow Market Share : Increase Shine of Tysons’ market share by at least 25% through innovative strategies and strong customer engagement.
• Secure Major Commercial Partnerships : Establish a minimum of 10 high-value commercial partnerships, further solidifying Shine’s presence in Northern Virginia.
• Improve Operational Efficiency : Streamline operations and improve processes by at least 20%, ensuring faster service delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
• Build a High-Performing Team : Hire, train, and develop a team aligned with Shine’s values, creating a culture of success that drives long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned General Manager with the vision and experience to lead Shine of Tysons as we enter the Northern Virginia market and establish ourselves as the premier home services provider.

Proven Leadership : You bring at least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams in the home services industry.

You have a track record of driving operational excellence, motivating teams, and consistently meeting or exceeding growth and financial targets.

You understand that leadership goes beyond management it’s about inspiring your team to succeed and building a culture of long-term success.

• Results-Oriented : You’re driven by measurable outcomes, ready to take charge of a high-demand territory, and motivated to exceed growth targets and optimize operational efficiency.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary & Performance-Based Bonuses : Starting at $70,000, with the potential to earn up to $90,000+ annually based on performance.

Your bonus earnings will be tied directly to operational success, team performance, and market growth.
