As the Regional Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to patients at locations, as needed. All ABC current Registered Behavior Technicians that are an RBT Level 6 or above, are encouraged to apply.
The Regional Registered Behavior Technician is a great opportunity for current RBTs to gain valuable experience by working alongside various BCBAs, Supervision Students, RBTs and Branch Managers, to create a positive and successful therapy culture at multiple centers.
The Regional Registered Behavior Technician is able to successfully pair with all ages of patients and work with patients that may or may not have maladaptive behaviors and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, share best practices across centers, and learn from broad teams of center-based BCBAs and Branch Managers.
The Regional Registered Behavior Technician will receive level checks from Clinical Staff at centers and continue to achieve leveling up goals.
The Regional Registered Behavior Technician will communicate with the Director of Administration and Branch Managers to determine where they are needed daily / weekly.
The Regional Registered Behavior Technician could be assigned to one of our centers, in order to start a new patient or to cover at a center when a fellow RBT is out sick or out on vacation.
Occasionally, the Regional RBT will work at one center in the AM and a second center in the PM.
Requirements :
- Current Registered Behavior Technician
- Provide ABA Therapy to patients
- At least a Level 6 RBT
- Willing and able to travel to these centers on an as needed basis
- Be flexible in working with different patient profiles
- Become / Maintain Practitioner Level 2 Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification
Compensation :
- Salary $52,584.74+
- Mileage reimbursement
