RVCC is looking to hire a Behavorial Management Monitor to work in our CBHI Program!

Location : CBHI Main Office is located in Chicopee, MA. We are looking to hire Behavior Management Monitor willing to travel / work with clients in the Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties!
Job Responsibilities :
Provide high quality IHT / CSP services to children, adolescents and their families
Provide in-home services (home, clinic and community settings) to youth / family at least twice per week or as clinically indicated
Assist youth and family in obtaining / maintaining linkages with outpatient treatment by assisting with attending OP appointments
Support parent and youth skill-building, mentoring and behavior management training as part of the TX plan
Provide client transportation as needed to address care coordination and tx needs
Support family in accessing crisis intervention as needed
Write progress notes written in manner that reflects progress being made toward treatment goals and submit progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery
Support clinician with intake paperwork, Safety Plan and discharge planning
Job Requirements :
Education Level - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or eligible for a waiver with payor credentialing committees
Years of Experience - At least 1 year of experience in the human service field
Skills / Abilities - Skilled in parenting education and experience working with children and families, broad knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, preferred behavioral modification techniques / coping mechanisms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills;
attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession.
