Sales Executive
Woodstock Power Company is growing and we’re looking to add more members to our
team. We are currently hiring sales representatives at our Philadelphia, PA headquarters.
Remote candidates may be considered based on experience with sales in our industry.
Woodstock Power Company specializes in buying, selling, and renting new and used
generators for commercial and industrial applications.
Responsibilities :
- Cold call and email in high volume to generate new leads
- In-person meetings with new and existing clients
- Set and meet monthly sales quotas
- Develop new market segments in new industries
- Direct distribution of generators and other industrial equipment
- Identify product improvements or new products by keeping up to date with current
industry trends, competitors, and market activities
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
trade shows, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks with
industry experts, and participating in industry related activities
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have strong background experience in diesel & natural gas
generators, experience in the electrical industry is a plus
- Strong sales background with a proven track record
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Detailed oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Is a driven self-starter that can work independently without the need for constant
direction
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Social media savvy (LinkedIn / Facebook)
- Strong computer competency (Mac OS or Windows OS)
- Ability to travel for visiting project sites and handling generator inspections
This position offers a very competitive base salary + commission. Salary will vary based on experience.
Travel is required for about 30% of the job and will be company paid.
