Opportunity : Social Worker for Locums Coverage of PACE Program
- Start Date / Duration : ASAP; 6+ month assignment
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- Masters in Social Work from an accredited school required
- Valid CA driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for required home visits
- Geriatric patient populations

Compensation : $34.15 - $47.45 per hour with weekly pay. Comprehensive benefits, including PTO, available.

PTO : chart attached if you’d like to review a specific state, row 5 contains information on how
paid out. Accrue time, if any, will also be automatically calculated by Madison and included

qualify earned on an accrual basis per hours worked)
Pension Plan : offered to full time employees and will be eligible on the first quarter following
1-year of employment, to include discretionary profit sharing, 5yr. vesting period
