Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements.
- Prepare and review Form 1120 and related tax filings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in tax planning and research.
Minimum Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Tax.
- Strong experience with Form 1120.
- Big 4 experience preferred.
- CPA is a plus, not mandatory.
