Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist is accountable for team member benefits administration in all company operations. This position isresponsible for providing special guidance and assistance on various team member benefit plans and executing monthlyreporting requirements under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and monthly benefit reconciliations.

This position supervisesthe administration of existing benefit plans; ensures communication and education are provided to all newly eligibleindividuals as well as for all eligible team members during our annual open enrollment.

This position will also serve as apoint of contact for 401(k), FMLA, and LOAs.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
