Position Summary
The Seasonal Corporate Associate will work with several small teams in a fast paced, data driven and operationally focused role.
You are responsible for confirming and revising all address and gift message information for large, multi-gift orders; creating shipments through .
csv uploads; batching and printing shipping labels and communicating with fulfillment teams regarding upcoming orders; billing and fulfilling orders;
and in general, liaising with other Murray’s departments to ensure gifts are fulfilled accurately and on time.
The Seasonal Corporate Associate will also be cross-trained on Catering processes including courier bookings, fulfilling and billing to assist this team.
You thrive on supporting the rest of the team with quick and accurate data entry, strong communication, organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
You’re an effective communicator and can provide prompt and friendly service over the phone or in written communication to support the sales operation.
You are excited to wear different hats and have different responsibilities to contribute meaningfully to our SEE department throughout the holidays.
This position is temporary, starting at the end of September for seasonal support through mid January.

What You Do
- Fulfillment : Work with our gifting department, production team to ensure that all orders are communicated and fulfilled properly, accurately and on time.
- Schedule : Work with internal departments to schedule and execute exceptional gifts leaving the building accurately and on time.
Communicate properly with the fulfillment, corporate team, CX team to ensure the holidays run smoothly.
Customer Service : Put the customer first by answering inbound calls and emails, while delivering a memorable, fun experience.
Guide the customer through our offerings by making recommendations that will ensure their gifting choices are a success!
Administrative : Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, data entry, and updating customer profiles.
What We Need From You
- 2+ years administrative, operational, and / or customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 60-70+ WPM with flawless grammar, professional tone, and formatting
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A quiet work environment that allows for uninterrupted sales / customer service work over the phone.
- A reliable computer and broadband connection
- Experience entering data through .csv formatting and upload
- Experience working with NetSuite or another cloud-based ERP / CRM like Salesforce or Epic a plus
- Experience working in food service or sales a plus
- Knowledge and passion for cheese and gourmet grocery
- Weekend remote availability and flexibility during November and December required
