The Infrastructure Consulting Associate role is a unique opportunity for any technology-minded individual seeking professional training and hands on experience.

RSM's Infrastructure Consultants work with client companies in the installation, implementation and support of advanced systems and network infrastructure.

This position offers a dynamic fast paced hands-on learning environment.

Responsibilities May Include :

• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users to resolve any hardware or software issues
• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers and network related issues
• Perform systems administration for Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstations across multiple clients
• Developing IT operations plans to effectively manage and maintain a technology environment
• Implementations or upgrades with leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, HP, VMware, Nimble, NetApp or Meraki
• Collaboration upgrades and deployments with VoIP Telephony, Video Conferencing and Collaboration Tools
• Advanced Windows Server and Workstation administration and management
• Assisting an organization in adopting Modern Workplace solutions to empower the workforce
• Migrating client on premise infrastructure to cloud workloads in Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Assist in client Infrastructure Assessments and IT Audits

Basic Qualifications :

• A passion for technology and a desire to learn
• Recently completed a bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related concentration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Visio
• Knowledge of Apple and Windows-based software / hardware
• Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations.
• Ability to travel up to 10%-25%

Preferred Qualifications :

• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred (for entry level associates)
• Minimum three to five years’ experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $58,080 - $69,300

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
