SUMMARY :
We are offering a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team of Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Technician performs facility maintenance and repairs that may include : plumbing, electrical, lighting, finish carpentry, HVAC preventive maintenance, painting, framing, drywall, landscaping, screening, glass, windows, locks, driving / merchandise pick-ups, and other related duties.
To perform this job successfully an individual must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Job Requirements :
- 1- 2 years of experience working in Skilled labor.
- High school degree / GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a Criminal background check.
- Negative marijuana / drug screen is required.
- 2 years of acceptable driving history.
Salary Range : $ 18.00 19.00 / Hour
Full time : Monday Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
