Minimum Qualifications Must have one year of satisfactory experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping or in a business operation.
- At least 6 months of such experience must be at the supervisory level. Must be at least 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Experience in a business operation must include responsibilities dealing with the public, customer service and daily financial reporting and processing.
Duties Description Under the direction of permanent staff, candidate will be assisting with the daily operation of Campgrounds / Day use facilities supervised out of the Warrensburg working Circle.
Will operate electronic devices such as, but not limited to computers, fax machines, scanners and credit card machines. Must be willing to supervisor multiple (2 or more) seasonal employees ensuring such staff understand the job duties and assist to address any issues / concerns that arise in a timely manner keeping the supervisor apprised of all situations.
Maintain files, inventory supplies and facility equipment and assist at facilities as needed handling any purchases in compliance with State Finance Law.
Must be willing to assist with janitorial type work in the Warrensburg Office and Maintenance Center / Auto shop. Duties include, but not limited to, basic cleaning and disinfecting to include proper restroom cleaning, floor mopping / vacuuming, window washing and trash collecting / recycling within office will need to be performed.
As requested, will assist with set up of conference areas to include chairs, podiums and related equipment for conferences, seminars and special events.
