Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Project Management : Manage every phase of high-end residential landscape projects from initial concept to final inspection.

This encompasses planning, designing, budget management, creating construction documents, handling permit plans, managing revisions and change orders, and conducting inspections.

  • Sales Expertise : Leverage your sales abilities to forge new client relationships and secure profitable contracts.
  • Creative Design Development : Generate innovative conceptual designs that surpass client expectations, using a mix of hand-drawn and digital tools, complete with detailed budgets and persuasive presentations.
  • Site Surveying : Perform precise site visits to verify accurate surveys and project alignments.
  • Project Collaboration : Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure that designs are realized accurately and stay within budget, including regular site visits.
  • Client Relations : Maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the project to ensure their complete satisfaction with the design, construction, materials, and any revisions.
  • External Relations Management : Oversee communications with permit agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborative Work Environment : Cultivate a team-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality and results.
  • Resource Optimization : Efficiently utilize all available resources, including drafting, modeling, and construction software, to enhance efficiency and project quality.

Qualifications :

  • At least five years of experience in landscape design and sales, particularly in crafting and marketing premium custom outdoor spaces for residential clients.
  • Profound knowledge of plant specifications, design principles, standard construction practices, budgeting, estimating, and relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or landscape design, preferably with a Landscape Architecture license.
