Job description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in the Albuquerque Area. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial projects.
You will wear many hats, from estimating costs and developing budgets to managing design-build and ensuring the highest standards of quality control.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate project estimates.
- Oversee design-build projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring strict cost control measures.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control protocols.
- Foster strong client relationships, providing clear communication and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Construction Management.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive project management experience.
- 2-3 years of direct field experience
- Proven ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
