Shift Schedule : 6am2 : 30pm MT and 5am1 : 30pm F. 1 mandatory weekend last Saturday ofthe month
Responsibilities :
- Follows schedules of each line closely on adaily basis for running orders.
- Sets up lineswith required machinery raw materials and packingsupplies.
- Schedules set up to minimize downtime between order packaging.
- Have machineparts raw materials and packaging ready at the site of the set upbefore the actual time of requirement.
- Carriesout actual set up quickly and efficiently to minimize nonvalueadded time.
- Meets Assembler / Fillers ongoingrequests for packaging on long runs.
- Cleansparts for set up on a daily basis and places them in storagecabinets afterwards for efficient retrieval along 5Slines.
- Keeps tank interior and exterior cleanand presentable.
- Periodically changes out thecontents to maintain effectiveness of the tank.
- Drives the forklift to move set up and store bulkmaterial.
- Maintains and cleans designated setup area in Maintenance.
- Complies with HealthSafety and Environmental requirements and procedures at alltimes.
- Performs other tasks asassigned.
Requirements :
- At least one year of directly applicableexperience.
- Must be able to effectively readwrite and communicate in English.
- Must be ableto accurately interpret and follow instructions provided byoperational manuals company procedures and guidelines.
- Must be able to accurately interpret and apply equipmentsettings requiring basic knowledge of mathematics percentagesfractions and decimals to set equipment flow rates and volumespecifications.
- Must be able to use hand andpower tools with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must possess required mechanical skills and abilities toperform set up maintenance and parts cleaning tasks.
- May be required to obtain and retain a forklift operatorscertificate.
- Must be able to use and wear allrequired PPE equipment and clothing with or without reasonableaccommodation.
