Job Description :

We are seeking a self-motivated Junior Business Analyst with a passion for big data and analytics. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, provide valuable insights, and assist in driving data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities : - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor

Key performance indicators (KPIs) : - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Work with large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data visualization platforms.

Skills : Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Analytical Thinking, Data Visualization and Reporting - Attention to Detail, Basic Project Management(Agile, Scrum), Time Management and Prioritization, Collaboration and Teamwork, Technical Documentation, etc.

Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). - Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
