We are seeking an experienced First-Party Property Attorney to join our team and assist with first-party cases in both pre-lit and active litigation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
• Work on complex first-party property and personal injury cases
• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
• Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (first-party background preferred)
• J.D. Degree or Esquire
• Bar Certified : CA
• Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
• Competency in Case-Management Software
