Scrum Master, Lead
Key Role :
Work with a development team as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile best practices and mentor new team members on Agile processes.
Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Support the management team in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
Collect and write detailed user stories and work with the team and client to identify associated tasks and acceptance criteria.
Analyze business processes and work with the project team to implement and improve processes. Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a product backlog, support QA and requirement validation, meet with various stakeholders to discuss needs, and provide suggestions during stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering.
Provide documentation for new efforts, including level of effort analysis, plans or timelines, requirements documents, and other required documentation.
Basic Qualifications :
8+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements as a Scrum Master of a development team in large software or infrastructure programs
Experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration
Experience in collecting and reporting DORA metrics for SAFe Agile teams
Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software and infrastructure solutions
Knowledge of the project management framework
Ability to handle complex and challenging situations
Possession of excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
Possession of excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Master's degree
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
Clearance :
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
