Our primary location is a 159,000 square foot / 13-acre Fabrication and Coating Facility. Our services include Civil Engineering, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Structural Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Steel Fabrication, and Industrial Coatings.

The Role : Revolution Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
The Electrical Project Manager plays a critical role in our projects by providing expertise in planning, purchasing, submittals, oversite of installation, quality control and system turnover.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the electrical engineering team on assigned projects, from initial design through construction and commissioning.
- Develop detailed electrical designs, including schematics, power and control system layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Prepare technical specifications for electrical equipment and materials.
- Manage project budgets and schedules for the electrical engineering scope of work.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any electrical-related issues.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in electrical systems.
- Conduct field inspections to evaluate the progress and quality of electrical work.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and team members.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical work.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical project management
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NFPA 70, NEC).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Experience with McCormick Electrical Estimating is a HUGE advantage!
