Our client, a global manufacturer with over 70 locations in 18 countries and over 150 year history, is seeking a Multi-Site Manufacturing Finance Controller.
This is a hybrid role , for a candidate living in Ohio, that will support and be onsite 3 days a week at the plant in NW Ohio .
Very minimal (a few times a year) travel to another site. The position reports to a Global Finance Director Operations and will be a strong business partner of the Site Leader.
This location produces specialty material and components for markets including Semiconductor, Power Generation,Wind Turbine, Transportation, Aerospace, Healthcare, Industrial, Defense.
Salary range of $130-140k base and bonus, full benefits.
You will manage the accounting team of 5-6 associates onsite and closing and financial reporting for two sites. You will also maintain an adequate internal control environment, system integration, ERP management, and change management.
The candidate should have :
- 8 + years of accounting experience
- Large company experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
- Has led a Finance team of 3-5 team members in a manufacturing plant, with full finance capabilities.
- Is familiar with financial and accounting software tools and ERP systems and has a high level of Excel competency.
