Our client a leader in the injury law space is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and leading IT projects that align with the business goals of the law group.
This role includes capturing business ideas, working with leadership to prioritize initiatives, managing projects, stakeholders, and change effectively, and managing submitted ideas and IT demands while communicating prioritization and progress to company stakeholders.
This is a full-time position with four days onsite Monday - Thursday, and one day remote - Friday, in their North Dallas office.Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant areas (., CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL) are a plus but not required.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
