Our Open Opportunity
The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a Spa Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality.
Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.
The ability to utilize a trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.
Take reservation for all Spa treatments and services and balance all spa appointments.
Explain all Spa treatments and up-sell them.
Provide basic retail product information to guests and assist them in the selection of retail products. Activate and participate in spa products sales promotion.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong command of the English Language
Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
