Second Shift 1 : 45pm to 10 : 00pm Monday through Friday
Pay :
$18-21 hourly
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Have regular and timely attendance.
- Be the main point of contact for visitors.
- Maintain record keeping systems including data entry of all necessary documents and assist with generating purchase orders.
- Verify fulfillment sheets and pick tickets against customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare documentation for shipment to customers and / or return to supplier.
- Manage all outbound shipments such as scheduling pick-up appointments and coordinating with other departments.
- Identify and report any logistics, equipment, employee, and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager each day.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Comply with all company policies, safety programs, and GMP’s of the company to ensure food safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and basic math computations.
- Computer literacy skills. (Microsoft Suite)
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing.
- One year’s experience with Data Entry preferred.
- Forklift License preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
