Shift :

Second Shift 1 : 45pm to 10 : 00pm Monday through Friday

Pay :

$18-21 hourly

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Have regular and timely attendance.
• Be the main point of contact for visitors.
• Maintain record keeping systems including data entry of all necessary documents and assist with generating purchase orders.
• Verify fulfillment sheets and pick tickets against customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for shipment to customers and / or return to supplier.
• Manage all outbound shipments such as scheduling pick-up appointments and coordinating with other departments.
• Identify and report any logistics, equipment, employee, and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Comply with all company policies, safety programs, and GMP’s of the company to ensure food safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and basic math computations.
• Computer literacy skills. (Microsoft Suite)

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• One year’s experience with Data Entry preferred.
• Forklift License preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
