Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of 20-30 arborists and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet district targets and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to your team.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in arboriculture or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of tree care techniques, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
