Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.
• Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
• Financial Reporting Mastery :
• Oversee the meticulous preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Excellence :
• Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes with insight and precision.
• Analyze budget variances to provide valuable insights for optimizing financial performance.
• Internal Controls Management :
• Establish and refine internal control policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
• Team Leadership :
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the accounting team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Audit Oversight :
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits seamlessly.
• Provide thorough documentation and support during audit processes.
• Cash Management Expertise :
• Oversee meticulous cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Compliance Assurance :
• Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure unwavering compliance.
• Collaborate seamlessly with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance matters.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.
• Proven track record in a Controller or similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Previous leadership experience within the industry.
