Job Description :

As our Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met while their vehicle is in our care.

Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and deliver top-notch service will be the driving force behind your success in this role.

You will work closely with our Service Technicians and other team members to provide accurate service estimates, schedule appointments, and oversee the entire service process, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and accurately define their automotive needs
  • Provide comprehensive explanations of necessary repairs, estimated costs, and expected timeframes
  • Schedule service appointments and effectively manage the workflow to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to relay information, answer inquiries, and address concerns
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their utmost satisfaction and address any additional needs
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, training programs, and workshop to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, services performed, and customer interactions

Qualifications and Skills :

  • At least 5 years of previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of the mechanical workings of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in automotive service software and customer relations management (CRM) systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
