REGENCY MANOR HEALTHCARE CENTER , a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time therapist or therapist assistant (PT, OT, SLP, OTA or PTA) to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team.
We seek a clinician who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in wound care, cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more.

SLP Operations LLC is a small but growing network of 42 skilled nursing and post acute rehabilitation facilities, all with in-house therapy programs.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current Texas therapy license
- Minimum one year of therapy leadership experience in a long-term care or in-patient post-acute rehab setting
