SAP FICO Lead
Responsibilities
The SAP FICO Lead (Remote) will :
- Oversee the module and drive & participate in business discussions; provide recommendations, solutions in various processes
- Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns
- Independently handle the accounts / projects either implementations or support engagements
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 8+ years SAP Experience
- Experience with 3-5 Full Life cycle implementations
- Experience with a minimum of 1 S / 4HANA implementation
- Strong Finance and Accounting Skills
- Experience in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting, and Product Costing
- Experience as a Finance Team Lead and delivering the full or near full FICO scope
- Proficient in facilitating Fit / Gap workshops and directing clients to define requirements
- Proficient in the development of design and functional specification documents
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills :
- Experience in the Consumer Products industry
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, BioTech, Med Device)
- Experience and capable of speaking with C-level executives
- Experience with Revenue Recognition, Group Reporting, Collection Management, Dispute Management
- Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes
- Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems (Banks, FP&A, Concur, etc.)
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
