Robert Half is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to work for their client that is in the medical industry located in Irvine, CA.
The Senior Cloud Engineer position will be on-site 5 days a week in Irvine, CA. This role involves working with data teams and automating delivery pipelines for new market initiatives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing event-driven architecture processes and enhancing our CI / CD delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Design new products and workloads in collaboration with the data team
- Simplify processes to ensure efficient delivery of data products
- Automate the product delivery pipeline to transition from manual processes
- Establish an on-prem platform for the Google Cloud and AI products
- Work on the build-out of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the coming year
- Implement event-driven architecture to streamline processes
- Collaborate closely with the data team on a variety of data products
- Enhance the CI / CD delivery process and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Utilize GitOps style automation and Linux Systems in daily tasks
- Use programming languages such as Python and Bash / Shell for scripting purposes.
