Thjis role will be in the practice areas of :

Construction
Healthcare
Surety
Real Estate
Insurance
Personal Injury

Responsibilities :

Performs a variety of secretarial duties including transcription, typing, revising, and proofreading correspondence.

Entering attorney time, answering telephones, sorting mail, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining files, and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and LMS are preferred.

In addition to the attached job description, there could be some personal assistant duties :

Checking Attorney’s CLE credits (Continuing Legal Education)

Run errands for office

Make reservations / travel arrangements

Keep track of expense reports

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience

Experience in Defense Litigation in GA

Benefits Summary attached

Hours : 8 : 45-5pm (hour lunch)

Trial experience is not required

Will support 2-3 Attorneys
