Pump Builder

Responsibilities :

• Verify parts are clean and of good quality, without damage
• Build each pump according to spec by following processes and procedures
• Adhere to strict quality standards
• Build, at minimum, two pumps per hour
• Suggest improvements, help train new personnel, communicate all issues, work overtime when needed
• Follow directions from team leads, supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpful
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily
• Adhere to all safety rules, have great attendance and give it your all every day

Essential Functions :

• Must have an eye for detail
• Good dexterity and the ability to work with small components
• Must be able to read and understand verbal and written work instructions
• Ability to concentrate and maintain focus in a busy and loud environment
• Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive / mechanical ability a plus
• Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
• Skill and ability of working with your hands, manual tools (must provide your own) and other instruments
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times
• Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
• Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
• Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
