Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP / COO isresponsible for program operations, regional capacity building, andstrategically identifying new program and revenue opportunities.
Optimizeoperational capabilities, oversee strategic plans and their progress and assessAgency-wide efficiencies and processes.
Oversees the Senior Operations Team, including all ClientServices, Family Support, Intake, Eligibility and Wait List Management, QualityImprovement, Risk Management, Organizational Compliance, Medicaid Utilizationand the organization’s client crisis response.
Provides Agency-wide leadership with specific focus on areas ofdirect operational and fiscal oversight in accordance with all relevant Stateof New Hampshire He-M regulations.
Functions as the organization’sliaison with the State’s Bureau of Developmental Services.

Requirements
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Human Services and Community-Based Services
- Minimum 10-12 years of management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of developmental andintellectual disabilities service system
